Well - Porsche does not tell.

So.. I got the decision from the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board after bit less than one year.
Their advice is to rollback of the deal based on too many faults and too long repair - 8 months.

Swedish dealer AMCAP says this decision does not interest them much. Meanwhile they have cleaned their desk in Finland ie. all cars and staff vanished from AMCAP Oy.

Traschcan stays in stable collecting dust while we are heading to court to have legal power for this deal annulment.

That is terrible! So sorry to see this development!

Does Porsche Finland not take any responsibility in all of this? That would surprise me if they will allow such a complete disaster.

So the best consumer protection available to the citizens of your country after nearly a year of having to wait is an "advice"? Does "advice" means what I think means, i.e. a legally powerless opinion of some bureaucrat?

As I understood OP, the problem is company owned by a Swedish owners who simply closed the shop? Also looks that they are not part of Porsche, or owned by Porsche at all?

anyway, in our country, if thebeoken product is not repaired in 45 days, customer has rights to demand money back, or replacement…

I don't think they were closed when this affair started, only after however long the government took to offer its advice.

Neither do I. This is not a direct dealer failure (it might be indirectly by not facilitating a timely resolution with Porsche) . This is Porsche production quality failure. The only thing I can think of that there are some government regulations forcing customers to go through whatever government resolution path, preventing efficient resolutions of such cases and/or litigation. Maybe customers are not allowed to deal with manufacturer direct (some dealer or dealer worker union protections)? Perhaps @Art can provide some more details.

I think that Customer protection is similar in all EU countries…in Slovenia, if repair takes more than 45 days, one can demand money back or product replacement 🤷‍♂️

I sent the board decision to my service contact and retail services manager at Porsche Center Espoo.

Since now the only reply from Porsche is an automated message that they got my mail.

The statement - one year ago - was clearly that Porsche is not responsible but the seller. In consumer rights this is the case - you can point the claim to seller of the vehicle while the 8 months warranty repair time was purely caused by Porsche.

In my message I kindly said that here's the decision - I'd like you to know before consumer disputes board make's this decision public. I informed the seller is not interested to follow the decision and we need to go to court with the case.

You described it well. Consumer disputes board 'advices' and if you have a decent business you will follow it. If not - you see your company on 'black list' of companies who have not followed the 'advice'.. For a Swedish subsidiary second hand car dealer this may not mean much.
Then consumer must sue the seller to court to have legal power for the decision - which may take another year..
