Inverter is 6k. If it hits I’ll replace it, and probably sell the car and buy a 911 street one. Up to now I saved 3,5k not to pay warranty so the count goes.
It's not 6k, it's significantly less, the problem is the labor involved in dropping the battery.

Another fairly common fault is the rear gearbox developing a whine and it eventually self destructs due to bad bearings. The replacement assembly has been dropped, you can only buy a new one for the price of 17000 EUR, and then add to that labor.
My Turbo S that I sold had this whine, was still faint (and the car was under warranty), but it will fail eventually.

A single matrix light is 3k, and they fail sometimes.

Yeah, the price is a bit excessive in Hungary, but in those countries where it is like 1200 EUR per year (or 100 EUR per month), it's pretty much a nobrainer.
Inverter is ca. 6k with labor.

Sounds about right. 3k inverter, 3k labor.
For which you can buy about 3 years of warranty in your country.

If you buy in 3 year increments then it is 2125 EUR per year, which is really 1670+ insane Hungarian VAT.
Still the price is too high imo. I think the countries with just a single Porsche dealership can set whatever price they want, same reason why it is very expensive in Estonia.

Seeing prices you mentioned this car is a financial disaster next to depreciation. Never again although I love it. I’ll back to 911.

I am getting 2+3 years warranty on my new one for an additional 3700 EUR incl. German VAT.

That said, of course it's a financial disaster. It's a Porsche. They always are. 911 does not fare much better in many respects, but the J1.1 Taycan specifically has had a lot of unfortunate faults. The J1.2 should be much better.

I wouldn't want to drive a 911 daily though, the roads are too bad for that, I am sure in Hungary also. Panamera seems like something slow out of a stone age after getting used to the Taycan.

Just one more thing. Porsche usually offers complimentary so for example I received an offer to replace my on board AC charger 25% to pay of the original price. This is the way how Porsche tries to keep customers more or less happy I see many examples like this with one by one case.

You should not pay anything at all for the AC charger, Porsche extended the warranty on the chargers.
Send an e-mail to Porsche and they should return all the money.

This is exactly what happened to me. I paid the full price (4000 EUR), and then I sent an e-mail to Porsche Germany. My car was not under Approved at that point.
After that the Porsche dealer contacted me and said that they will refund the money.

This "25% of original price" was probably a scam, because Porsche paid the full amount to them to replace it anyway...

Below GTS trim 911 is surprisingly comfortable with its adaptive suspension, especially for my style of course it is not as nice as Taycan’s air suspension but taking all the circumstances I would take it rather than all the mess with the Taycan. But my car has a chance to prove, and not to show any failure for the following years.

Well, it was almost 2 years ago, so maybe the situation was different at that time.

Then it might not be the case, if your car is early 2021.

In Germany, 911 is 3570 EUR vs 3700 EUR for the Taycan (3 years), I would not say there is any significant differences between them. 718 is the one that is much cheaper.
In Estonia 911 5550 EUR, Taycan 5650 EUR.

I have driven various 911, also just a RWD Carrera 992.2, and I would not say it's comfortable - the dampers had two settings - hard and very hard. The Taycan glides on a cloud compared to that. Or maybe your roads are better, I don't know. But here I wouldn't want to daily that.

It is early 2022. Yes Hungary is different, crazy different maybe that’s why warranty of 911 about 70% of the Taycan’s. Make it short I can have the most beautiful girlfriend but if she cheating on me regularly the end will be rather break it up against all the advantages.

If it is early 2022 then you would have the charger warranty now until early 2026, and this money you paid for it's replacement is subject to reclamation, as it will say on your car details in PIWIS that you have warranty for the charger 2022-2026, and the replacement was done during the warranty period (even if the warranty was added after the fact).
You have to e-mail Porsche Germany, they will contact the distributor, the distributor will contact the dealer and Porsche will pay for the replacement, and the dealer will reimburse you.
Just use ChatGPT to write a nice letter - it worked for me ;)

Btw, it seems that German price is so much lower because it has no VAT - they classify it as an insurance policy, and it is VAT exempt, while the price in Estonia includes the VAT, as it is not classified as an insurance policy.

The dealer also gave me a 10% discount last time I purchased the warranty.

Thank you very much for your lots of valuable information and time. I really appreciate it, and will proceed according to this.
Seeing the risks and prices you offered, maybe I will end up with 3Y extension for EUR6,375 including VAT, 111-point-check and Roadside Assistance. I need to keep this car longer to flatten the depreciation curve, next to the fact of that I love the car.
Will reach 60k km ca. in December, so will do it together with the service.

And yes, the difference to Germany mostly the VAT free solution, and the extra cost of 111-point-check + roadside assistance that is all payable separately.

You can also skip the roadside assistance in Germany (which is what I did). When I get the full insurance for the car here, then this insurance has it anyway already, there is no point to double. The warranty in Estonia does not seem to mention the assistance, maybe it is different in Hungary.
