MY 25 Taycan CT 4S, suspension sound

Hi, I just picked up a 1 year old CT 4S. I'm not sure if this is an issue or normal, maybe you can help.

Over speed bumps (at any speed), there is a distinct dull thud, not massively loud, but a solid thud. Honestly, it feels kind of solid and I'm not sure if this is just normal solidness/reassuringly solid noise or if this is abnormal. The car is so quiet, so not sure if I am adjusting to the quietness...

It rides beautifully and no noises otherwise, but is this dull thud normal when going up and down speed humps?

What height do you have the suspension set to and what speed are you approaching? If low / lowered rather than 'normal' then the there is less distance to travel and may bottom out.

Set Smartlift for these bumps and slow down in good time to allow NAV to catch up and raise the car.

Its not suspension height dependent, ie happens at high, lift etc and as low as 5mph

There should not be any thuds. I haven't driven the PAR yet - some people complained about thuds on that.
But if you don't have PAR and you have the air suspension it's completely quiet over bumps.

I have the same car , same year and encounter plenty of speed bumps. Have never noticed any unusual thuds, soft, hard or otherwise. Get it booked in. It's an easy enough thing to check on a test drive, and wise to do so sooner rather than later.
