Porsche app not showing charging stations

Hello everyone,

I can see nearby charging stations on the car’s map. However, in the app, I cannot see nearby charging stations unless I create a route. If I want to view charging stations around me in the app, I have to set a route first.

How can I fix this issue?

Check any and all filters in play as one or more of these will be hiding stuff.

I also reset the filters, but they still don’t show up. I have to create a route first, and then tap the “show charging stations along the route” button to see them.

Try reinstalling.

No route for me.

I checked a different location and yes, they are visible. But the ones in Turkey are not showing. They only appear when I create a route in Turkey.

Perhaps contract related with EVSE operators and Porsche (at a guess)

I can see them. Just to check a couple of mistakes we all make:
- after resetting the filters you need to click "save"
- on the map after searching for a location you need to click "show charging stations" at the top of the screen

Actually there is something weird going on with the Turkish data. I had lots of 320kW etc chargers, but now I don't. Or they appear at only a tight range of zoom levels. But neighbouring Bulgaria is fine. Perhaps a performance issue on some service that Porsche pulls the data from?

I think the same, but when I create a route and select “show charging stations,” it does display them.

I think when creating a route, it probably pulls charging station data from an additional source. Because when browsing the map, there are no charging stations, but when I create a route, they appear—it’s very strange.

Where can we report this issue?
