I noticed something off with my car recently. After (GPS based) smart lift engaged, the car never finished lifting (indicator was blinking few minutes later). Turning off lift and turning it back on fixed it. No errors thrown on the dash or PCM (didn't PIWIS with me to scan at the time).

Has anyone encountered something like this? Is this indicative of air suspension problems, or is this just Porsche design flaw? Car was parked on flat, level surface in this video. Smart lift started before driving up a driveway.

Probably a sensor that gave a false reading, I'd say nothing to worry about if it doesn't come back.

I noticed you are stopped, so I’m assuming you’re still in the GPS marked zone for smart lift.

I have mine set for my driveway as well and it stays lifted until I leave home. I’ll have to pay attention if it flashes the whole time I’m home though. May just be a feature not a flaw.

I'll pay more attention to it next few times. I usually just pull in and get out of the car, so never watched the lift indicator on the IC. This time I was sitting in the car checking something out for a few minutes after parking, and noticed that.

I also have on occasion seen my car settle while titled sideways, and I had a weird tire wear on my rear right wheel recently - I wonder if those are related and are just a sign of dying air suspension. Car has barely 20k miles on it and it's been garaged most of its 3.x year life, suspension is not new technology to Porsche, so they have no excuse of "we're new to EV" for making an unreliable suspension.

Lifting doesn't happen if all doors/hood/etc are not closed properly.

Maybe one of your doors wasn't quite closed?

They were closed. You can see lift succeed in the latter half of the video, no changes in doors/hoods/windows.

Checked it, it does not continuously blink when auto-lifting. So something did go wrong this time. :(

It might be one of the air shocks being intermittent or a sensor as others have mentioned. I would have the dealer scan for error codes. Hopefully it is something simple. Good luck and tell us what the problem was.
