Until you 'close' the transaction, the car belongs to the dealership, legally, and they can post pictures as they see fit.
However, it is indeed not cool of the dealership to post anything prior to contacting you and sharing the news / pictures of the arrival of the car you ordered.

Holy cow. A dealership advertising a car came in? Never have seen that before! As long as they didn’t tag you and post your personal info, it’s no big deal… no privacy issues, just a car on a Tiktok post. Congrats if it is indeed yours.
