Cross Turismo delivery delays

4S CT ordered 15 April . First built date was in July.
Then moved to Sept, delivery in Nov.

According to TYD, my delivery date just jumped 7 weeks (9/10 to 10/29). Received email that vehicle finished production last week but TYD still showing Start Production stage. I understand TYD is not 100% reliable but dang!

Edit: TYD showing production completed date on 9/10 so guessing (and hoping!) this is a glitch.

Here's my timeline for my Cross Turismo 4S build:

5/15/21 - placed deposit and build order, CFD = 6/18, delivery date = 9/03

5/22/21 - dates bumped back, CFD = 7/05/21, delivery date = 10/08

5/26/21 - dates bumped back, CFD = 7/05/21, delivery date = 10/17

6/09/21 - dates bumped back, CFD = 7/14/21, delivery date = 10/17

6/10/21 - dates bumped back, CFD = 7/14/21, delivery date = 10/31

as of today, I have successfully locked in my build config and now awaiting confirmation of build being scheduled *fingers crossed*

Timeline for me in Northern California, delivery at PEC LA:

Ordered and allocated 4SCT during week of launch, with “late August” delivery

Build lock 7/5

Production started yesterday 7/26

Delivery scheduled for 10/29 (after several delays, early sept, then ~9/29, then 10/22, now 10/29.

hopefully it will be delivered then .

Arrived in Emden on 7/20. Just got onto vessel, Themis Leader!

Ordered my 4CT on 3/23. Order created on TYD on 4/10 delivery on 7/31.

CFD was pushed back 4 times until it settled on 6/11 delivery pushed to 8/4

Production started 7/6 and delivery pushed to 8/13, then 8/20, then 8/27, then 9/3, then 8/27, then 10/15, then 9/3, and now 10/15(production complete on 8/27).

I don’t know why I keep torturing myself with TYD. It’s just toying with me at this point. ?

My 4 CT was supposed to arrive at the port in Finland on July 16 when I first heard an estimate. They didn't tell me what the completion date would have been, probably a week or so before. I also don't know what the original order date was because it was supposed to be a dealer car, but they gave the allocation to me before the build locked as a negotiation tactic (the competing offer would have been a September build).

Anyway, the next time I asked it was due to complete between the 9th and the 14th. On the 15th I asked again and completion estimate had moved to the 22nd, but that time around there was a VIN already so something had happened. No news when I asked again on the 22nd (Thursday). Getting a bit anxious as I was hoping to hop on a brand new car when our vacation road trip is supposed to kick off 3 weeks from now...

Finally an update. Estimated to leave the factory on the 9th. Apparently it's completed but likely waiting for a missing part. No chance of getting it by our vacation which is too bad, but I'm glad to have a date again.

Same here… just been informed that my CT4S was waiting In production for missing parts. Except Porsche is unable to give a date of shipping to france. Lets not forget that the plant closes 2-3 weeks for summer holidays. I’m expecting a delivery in september now. Apparently over 130 cars are in standby just for France.
