So i have decided

I am scheduled for brake surface removal of old thin carbide for rear rotors. Along i am buying brake pads for panamera which should fit the same model of calipers which are made for iron brakes.

Lets see if it works. If it works then great and if not then i just buy new PSCB ( if i dont crash first)😄

I have the exact same issue on my Taycan 2020 with PSCB brakes. The inner brake pad on the rear right has worn down to metal and has destroyed the tungsten carbide coating on the inner surface of the disc. The front brakes looked like new, and the rear left showed some tendency for wear. I need to replace the rear brake pads and the rear right disc (probably the left side soon). The car has done 80,000 km. The pads in the front was abit stuck and was in need of service. The car did pass the 2 yrs Porsche Service visit a few weeks ago with out any comment on the breaks.

It's likely there's also fitting iron discs for the 2020, but have to dig in the Porsche parts bin.

The brake pads are not special.
I've read material that claims PSCB uses a specialized compound for the pads because of the hard surface, and if those pads are used on normal irons, the pads will wear the rotors out super quickly.

So the problem is to find the cast iron brake's brake pads that fit in the PSCB calipers.

That’s correct, Porsche engineers had develop special pads that could grip on the slick hard surface. You can order the pads on Suncoast and they specify the pads are unique for the PSCB’s
