It’s not failed as such, I’ve an issue with the door getting jammed historically but no problem with the port.

Mines gone in today for its 5 heater and a new charging port but they’ve told me they’ll only fit an 11kw port as there are no 22kw available. They’ll compensate me and have the car in again when the 22s are available. They’ve also put it in privacy mode for some reason while they have it.

I actually get more than 2 years. I bought mine January 2024 but have a warranty until April 26
