Took a video (you hear it at 14mph) of it so that the tech could reproduce it. I got a note back after 4 weeks that the tech couldn't reproduce the sound. ?
Checking if anybody experiences this sound. I don't have it on the loaner taycan I have.
The variability is beyond just the temp and soc in addition to the charging station. Today, I tried 4 different chargers, with 15% Soc and a temp of 92f, couldn't get beyond 52kw. I suspect that the car was asking for far less than it could have. Taycan next to me was pulling 170 on a EA 150...
Porsche dealers have a reputation as a premium brand and people expect that a premium brand comes with premium service.
You got some premium bs from your dealer.
The Porsche tool kit should come with a 10mm socket as standard, though, I suspect the wrench included is a 10mm. I keep a small assortment of sockets, quarter inch wrench, flat head, and plastic trim remover in the car as a just in case.
I don't know what to tell you. This is a problem that we saw during the supply crunch.

If you ordered a 2023, for some reason it comes as a 2024, you will get 2024 pricing. It's up to the dealers whim to decide to honor original pricing or not.
