Those of us with model year 2020 Taycans will skew the results. We've seen three winters already, and the issue became a thing in 2022.
Update: heater failed a week after I posted this. Apparently I jinxed it!

Hi Ian, I just had my first service performed at 33,485 miles (I postponed service hoping to include the major software uPdate, subject of a different thread). Price was $990 for the standard "20K Mile Svc" (same itemization as others have posted), $102.18 for pollen filter, $23.99 for brake...
@BayAreaKen discovered an intruder hiding in his landscaping with his night vision assist:

Last month I was driving on a highway at night, and night vision assist suddenly popped up a red...
My Taycan is model year 2020, same as @JimBob's. (I just added that to my profile.) The service foreman at my dealership echoed what @JimBob was told: the uPdate is bricking some Taycans after they are returned to the owner. I think he said this affects MY 2020 only. I was never given a campaign...
After 33,000 miles with the Olea Atacama beige leather the interior still looks new. I have many people ride in my car and don't take any special cleaning measures, other than I had the leather treated for stain protection when it was new. The beige looks great with mamba green, Paldao wood, and...
On recents trips between Florida and Virginia, I’ve noticed that there are more non-EA charging stations opening along I-95. Have you tried them? I have not yet, but if EA becomes too challenging, I will do so.
Late March should be cherry blossom time, which would be perfect. @Adrian@GlasWerksDMV hosts car meets at his shop in Sterling VA, and has a lot of clients with Taycans. I'll bet we could get him to host a Taycan meet. Here's a photo of my Taycan at one of his events.
Porsche implemented new battery cell chemistry for model year 2021. See the technical service bulletin that @TomP linked in his post:

I too was denied the uPdate today, at the dealership in Chantilly, VA. The service foreman said Porsche pulled it, consistent with what @JimBob's service department told him. I've been waiting months for an appointment to get the uPdate, and now it's pulled just days before I finally got an...
I'm guessing that either,
the servicer did not bother to align the windshield-mounted sensors, and the design of the car was such that you didn't notice, or
the servicer properly aligned the windshield-mounted sensors at a huge discount vs. the dealership.
Is there a third choice?
The electric sport sound system uses its own door speakers. Check out the illustrated installation instructions that @iamfrozt linked in this post:

I drive my Taycan between Virginia and Florida several times a year, returning tomorrow actually. After 33,000 miles I have no paint chips or windshield cracks, although I've taken some pretty loud hits, and the PPF and windshield protection film have some scars. Last week I was going >80 mph...
Was your uPdate applied this week or last? I have mine scheduled for next week, and I'm worried because @JimBob just reported that Porsche has halted uPdates due to some Taycans being bricked:

For me it works as described in the Good to Know app, below. I use the hold feature at every stoplight, whether on a slope or level road. I just press and hold the brake pedal with gentle to moderate force for a second or so, until the green hold indicator illuminates on the center screen.
Have you considered selecting the base-price wheels, then installing your own wheels that you can keep when you return the Taycan at the end of the lease?
You are leaving out the huge difference in power inverters between these models. This topic comes up on the forum on average every 1-2 months, and people always gravitate towards the idea that Porsche is just doing the software limiting as a money grab, until someone posts the technical specs...
