I have not heard about UK options. You can email them at [email protected]
They have been consistently quoting $69,000 well equipped (truck not SUV) with the 135kW battery.
I may be headed for the 180kW just not sure yet. The configurator with pricing is supposed to go live by end of...
Are there any Taycan owners considering a Rivian?
My daily commute is a mix of 100+ highway miles with several hours off-road as part of major infrastructure projects. Right now its handled with my 4WD Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk.
Looking to replace the Jeep with Rivian...
I had given up on this app...
However it updated to 1.0.84 and appears to be working.
I have not tried charging yet but its acting like it would initiate a 150kW and 350kW charging session.
I am running Android 11
FWIW - I have used BlendMount aluminum mounts to hang dashcams from the mirror on other vehicles. Found them to be very well made and they can be adjusted to tuck up tight to the mirror. They list a bracket for the Taycan if you are using a BlackVue camera.

I used my NAV for the first time yesterday and experienced the same thing. I can't find where to change it, I guess it'll be one of those future updates.
Agree - Regardless of your build date - I think its worth a call to your SA to check on updates. The WLG6 campaign that referenced the 12V battery discharge following vehicle charging issue has added additional vehicle VIN's several times in August...
Range is actually my only real complaint with Homelink. Do you have Thermally & Noise insulated glass? I had to extend the Liftmaster anntena to outside the garage for a good signal. None of my other vehicles have range issues including the 911
This is very much personal preference.
My first test drive of 4S without PDCC on all season tires was honestly disappointing. Based on that drive I would have passed on the Taycan. I was not impressed with the tires or the body roll.
After months of reviews and all the hype I expected better...
Porsche has issued a bulletin on the Overheating concern including an incorrect label on the supply cable for cables manufactured prior to August.

My Taycan was a July build and at delivery (late August) the dealer updated software per WLG6 Campaign.
From @rquinton previous post you can see there are now multiple campaigns for the Taycan issued in August...
@daveo4EV I agree its probably not a safety issue. I don't believe the temps I am seeing are excessive. However, getting warning messages during charging certainly impacts the customer experience and expectations of a $1,590 charger and dock especially if installed correctly. Porsche may not...
I also received a "device temp too high" warning for a few seconds immediately following 85% charge. The message cleared before I could get a picture. Charging with Porsche Dock door closed.
The PMCC is next to my service panel, using 14-50 industrial grade receptacle. Observed temps were 93...
So far all is good with the Porsche Mobile Charger Connect :like:
New house wired with industrial grade NEMA 14-50 receptacle.
I am only charging once-twice per week so this is working for now.
However the ChargePoint Home Flex that can be hardwired for charging at 48 amps looks very tempting...
Porsche needs to get this corrected. Taking delivery and not being able to access all functions in a new vehicle is annoying. The dealer "released" the car so I could connect the app on Friday, I took delivery on Tuesday and finally could log in on Thursday (including resetting to a shorter...
