I’ve got the standard white and it looks fantastic. It’s a warmer colour. The metallic looks a lot colder when you see them.

New Turbo and a couple of questions

With sport sound, map it to the little diamond button on the steering wheel (above the re-gen button). You can then turn sound on easily and it’s next to auto re-gen. you can find how to map the button in the user manual. That’s how I have it.

    Ceramic on Windows / Mirrors

I remember an Audi TTS I had from new that was coated, you could drive above 70mph in driving rain without wipers! The water beading was that good. Have yet to drive my Taycan in the rain. . .

Do you use the power button or the park button & lock when you leave

Always use the power button. Similar to my Panamera. In that, just turned the start switch off and the park brake was applied automatically. Got out and locked up. Taycan you just press the on button instead of turning it.

    Silencing the Trunk Beeper

How about adding a resistor in series with the speaker? I bet the current‘s low and power dissipation wouldn’t be an issue. That should reduce it.

    Home charging in the UK

You won’t get 7.6kW from UK single phase with the Porsche supplied charger. You will only get half of that. The charger is designed to use two phases for 7.6kW. That’s why I’ve had a Zappi 2 fitted. . .
