Hello there,
for people in Europe, the Keba KeContact P30 x can do load management spread out over up to 15 P30 chargers. That is good enough for a reasonable garage ;-).
What it can also do is to vary the charging power with the amount of power available from a specific source, in my case...
How about alluding to the performance?
T4S571, T4571E (for a Taycan 4S with performance battery plus, 571 hp)
TTB680 or TCN680 or TT680E (for a Turbo with 680 hp)
TTS761 (for a Turbo S with 761 hp)
One other poster who picked up his car in Stuttgart IIRC had the idea with the 571.
Here the range indicator last week. It has never been this high before. The standard tweaks to get this indicated range were a) range mode and b) AC off. In real Taycan life, I usually drive with sport mode and AC eco.
In any case, this is nice.
Hm. At least according to Wikipedia, the difference between the 4S without and with the performance battery is real:
390 PS -> 420 PS
530 PS -> 571 PS at launch control
640 Nm -> 650 Nm
The acceleration performance quoted is the same, though (4.0 seconds for 0->100km/h). Maybe it is different in...
Maybe one more thought: Rear axle steering might make more of an impact on driving experience than the step 4S->Turbo. But I am speaking not of experience regarding the steering.
I have the 4S and it is great, but I do say, as launching is so darn easy to do, in launch control I think I'd prefer the Turbo. In regular driving, I didn't miss it yet and don't expect to.

"My 192+ mile journey is driven without a care or thought towards the range. Because everything I see regarding what the EPA has to say about the Taycan is... wrong. And at the end of my long drive I still show well over 50 miles of range left."
"This car is awesome. And I love it. I wish...
107 kW at 59% is actually not bad. I often had numbers like this:
0% < SoC < 25% -> 150-250kW
25% < SoC < 50% -> 100-150kW
50% < SoC -> not more than 100 kW, declining a lot when getting full
I have to redo these with a well-tempered battery, though.
Cheers,
Henrik
