From what i can tell, in the "alternative" mode, the Taycan camera is not unlike the camera on Silveral's BMW 7-series. Main difference being that the camera on the Taycan is mounted VERY low on the car, and has an ever so slightly narrower field of view.

I personally have not seen the radio mainunits placement in a Taycan yet, but looking at Porsche partscatalogues...it seems to be located in the dashboard right behind or somewhere under the main screen. And when you locate it, the four pins I've marked in this picture are the speaker outputs.

If you have the standard soundsystem, you can intercept the audiosignal behind the radio. If you have Bose or even Bürmester, you can use the accesspoint on the oem subwoofer. But as you mention you want to add a subwoofer, i would suspect you have the standard soundsystem? :)
