Yes. It’s at a WalMart. It is the ONLY ElectrifyAmerica station in Maine. So, yes, I’ve used it. It’s only 7 miles from where I live.
You might not have time for a meal. Your car could be recharged in 30-40 minutes. :)
There’s a charger in the Gardiner Service Plaza (where 295 rejoins...
There are two EA stations along your route. Seabrook, NH and Scarborough, ME. You probably don’t even need the Seabrook station
In the car, enter the final destination. The car should then find stations along the way.
Do you have the Porsche “Charging NA” app? That app is used to activate...
Very early cars had a 12v battery with bad firmware. You want the updated battery.
I seem to recall seeing a -1 volume. Is it possible that a music source that you last used is no longer there? (Like removing a USB stick).
I have serious empathy.
I developed the same kind of spreadsheet each night before the next day’s travel.
First Tip: Enter your destination first, then each stopover in reverse order. Each new stopover wants to be the very next place you go. (Or, as you saw, you can just enter them and...
Sorry to hear that.
I assume, since you took delivery in August, that it has the updated 12v battery, and updated firmware.
It seems there’s still a bug or two lurking in that system
I’m interested to hear what the dealership says.
It’s hilarious... the second time. Because “dammit, I knew that was gonna happen... because it happened before.”
It’s especially funny when you’ve pre-conditioned the car. And turned on the rear-window defroster. So now there’s a thin layer of melted snow on the glass. But the frozen...

My ChargePoint charging station is outside. It is rated for snow and rain. No problem.
I’ve never really had an issue with transferring rain/snow/dirt into the car. I...
1. Remove keyfob-remote from Pocket. (Or purse)
2. Removed emergency key from keyfob-remote
3. Lift driver’s side door handle
4. Insert emergency key
5. Turn key
6. Pull on door to open it
Glad you were able to wake the car up again.
Everyone: It’s very important that your service department report this to Porsche EVERY time this happens. It appears there are other causes for the 12v failure. Porsche *might* think they have solved this issue. While being able to recover the car...
What exactly do you expect to “tune”?
Are you going to swap in the electronics of a Turbo or Turbo S?
Are you expecting that the only difference is a few config values?
Do you have access to the part catalog to see what parts are different?
