Nope. As I said they are exactly the same. There is no "Porsche" ones. Optioned public charging cable that I was given was a 32a 3PH Harting branded cable. Config says 4.5m but I'm sure I measured mine at 5m. Even the cables that connect to the Mobile charge Plus are branded Harting.
