Thanks. Its little over a month now. Initially I have had connection issues but those were related enabling direct charging setting. Once that was set, it has been a smooth sailing.......so far!.
On plug getting locked, I couldn't terminate the session from the charging station as there wasn't...
As usual today I went to an EA station to charge. After few moments of 'initiating the connection' message, it errored out with 'error in connecting with the vehicle'. I have experienced 'not being able to connect', but 'error in connecting' message is the first one for me. Not a big deal I...
Forgot to add, charging full or almost full and and not draining the power for longer period is also another detrimental factor is batteries. They are not built as long term storage tanks .
For infrequent driving and/or long term storage, best is to charge upto at around 50% capacity .
Batteries operate optimally when discharged and charged at regular interval.
Since you drive less, try discharging battery by turning on the car and then charge at frequent intervals to maintain good efficiency.
Another factor is temperature. Cold temp and drastic temp fluctuation aren't good...

Up till internal braking is applied (by inno or radar cruise), auto mode coasts as same is off mode.
When it comes to braking...
Thank you!.
For #3, I am thinking more along custom module to power those. There is always an element of risk interfering with factory wiring when it comes to warranty and such. I will be at the dealership in couple of days, planning to talk to their technician if possible to get more info.
Back in 2019, we test drove a Taycan. Not sure if that was a pre production or base -base model, but seating wasn't comfortable as well the drive was. With the bit of disappointment we left the dealership. Fast forward to now, we tried again and loved it!. Since I needed the car immediately &...
