Portugal is indeed special. I wrote an extensive post about how to charge around here. Things have started to change 6 months ago with now easier access, tesla opening up their stalls and most charger now also allowing ad-hoc payment directly with a debit/credit card.

Dealership confirmed the issue through the computer but as it wasn't broken at the time I took it there, they told me to just keep driving and wait for it to reappear (if ever).
I also extended my warranty for another 3 years. Got a nice nespresso coffee in return...
