So now there back to working with the insurance company again to get the additional supplement approved. I'm not sure if this is incompetency right now...

My recall hasn't been done either, they had the parts but then told me the parts they need for CCB are different and they are on back-order - they have not mentioned holding the car at all. Looks like my insurance company have approved the supplement and will pay the dealership directly. So...

They knew about these additions a few weeks ago and I did suggest to them that they get them in to prevent exactly this scenario

Got a text this morning telling me that my car is ready for pickup BUT - they submitted an insurance supplement on Tuesday which hasn't been approved yet and will be direct paid to them. They also specifically mention that all charges have to be received before they release the car. So you're...

Sorry to hear this, I'm pretty convinced that PCNA helped source a battery for me so quickly. Is it the HV Battery that's being replaced on your car?

I agree with all the above, the one thing I would add on point number 2 is that it's a policy without any diagnostic data. I've asked and asked and nothing, I even asked for them to check the lines on the HV tray they were taking out....crickets, it's simply not acceptable for a car costing this...

Frustrinagly the Brake and ride recalls haven't been done - apparently the parts are different for ceramic brakes, so that'll be another trip back as they both get done together ???‍♂️

Got a text from the dealership this morning - car is nearly ready, they are just going to do some more charge cycles and road testing. I haven't mentioned any of the above as I want to see if it happens again tonight and it's a conversation more for in-person. They did run it through the UVEye...

I thought as much, so much that could happen whilst not at the dealership - I'm tempted to drive over and see if its just parked on a driveway Yet another instance of them just doing what the F they want, I saw where it was parked when I went to pick up my loaner and I can guarantee they didn't...

Just got a notification from the app that my car has just been charged, I hope this means the bulk of the work has been done. They did state they'd be charging/discharging a few times

The one thing I really can't get over is this apparent policy of >3mm is an inspection and likely a replacement HV Tray Think about it, 2.9mm, you're ok 3.1mm you're not - that's 0.2mm which is a tiny amount - this tolerance simply cannot be this tight, it's literally next to nothing!!

Precedent is set - if they waived the scans I'd be all over that like a rash. That would be a PR nightmare
