Just flipped 20,000. MIGHT have another 2-3k of dry weather driving but that would be pushing it. I can already feel Them slip in cool/wet weather if I drive aggressively. They won’t be any good in the snow At this point.
Starting to get low tread depth on my Contis. Was looking at Tire Rack and noticed their inventory was low so I Ordered. Glad that I did. I’ll likely need new tires by the time snow falls so <PHEW>!!!
same exact thing happens to me at the end of my driveway at low speeds. There's a slight decline there and I get the increased pedal travel. It's the transition between the regen and the disc brakes.......
I get it frequently. Was told it has to do with your cellphones ability to contact 911 and if it stays on it’s a problem…. Mine always goes away within a few minutes.
FWIW, YMMV
Great question! I’m holding out to put snows on my 20” OEM wheels, then new summer wheels/tires in the spring……..pirellis are the only choice at the moment that I Can find.
Silly things……picked up the car at 5:15 on Friday. Drove it home and then to the golf course. Got out of the car and heard a hissing noise…..nail in the tire. Here’s how it’s sitting now…..
YES, ” Replaced open circuit between the body connection and the compressor valve for blow out control valve. CAUSE: Open circuits for the air suspension compressor blow out valve developed within the rear drive harness.”
At the end of the day the rear wiring harness got pinched in the...
Got my Taycan back late this afternoon. It’s a 20 minute drive from the dealer to my home. No rattles. Took it to dinner…(45 minute round trip)… no rattles. Blessed to have a ‘no rattle’ and relatively ‘problem free’ car!!! I love it!!!
Woah…..currently driving a base Macan and I HATE it!!! I want my Taycan back. No rattles at all and a TON more driveability.
FWIW, YMMV but I’d never buy a Macan based on my loaner experience.

Well....heading into week 3 of the Taycan being in the shop. (again)
LOVE LOVE LOVE this car. It's been very very dependable except for 1 small issue that is tripping me up. The suspension. Started with a failed left rear suspension pump which took several days to arrive from Germany...
Can you share some details on these wheels?
We need a wheel thread (is there one?). I’d like to get some reasonable aftermarket wheels to run high performance summer tires and use my stock ones for winter tires. :)
YES! It’s a fairly common problem that the wiring harness back to the suspension pump is not properly routed from the factory. The air hose gets pinched as the car moves up and down which causes the pump to run continuously. This is what happened to my car most recently. They ordered a...
