I guess my question is more about the map that is shown in TYD. I wonder if that is generally accurate as far as the position of the boat or does just progress based on an average speed of cargo ships? It also shows my car went North around UK whereas I haven’t seen one ship from Emden do that...

I'd be interested in seeing where others are seeing the ship name in TYD. Mine doesn't show any ship and the TYD location, which I realize may just be a generic timeline put on a map is vastly different than where any boat that I know of that my car MIGHT me on.

All (or most) states have legal limits on the max tint but it's not often enforced unless you're being pulled over for another reason. A common workaround is simply rolling the windows down if you get pulled over - hopefully, the cop didn't notice before and won't think twice that the windows...

FWIW, my car got to the port on 2/22 and a boat left that day. My SA said it would leave 3/17, TYD updated today and says 3/13 but Siem Confucious left today. No idea which boat the car is on.

I've also seen them go from Halifax to Jacksonville, which is what I'm hoping for since I'm in FL.

My TYD just updated saying it left port on 3/13. I can't find any schedules that say a boat left on 3/13. Also, no boat name provided. Estimated delivery to dealer on 4/8.

I tried the JAX link and it won't open for me for some reason. Tried googling the port and going to the link from there with no luck.

Where did you find the info? I’d be interested to see which boat is leaving for JAX soon.

My TYD updated until Step 7, which is when it arrived at the port on 2/22. It hasn't left the port, yet. It made it to the port on the day a boar left so I wasn't surprised it didn't make that one but it was there for about 2 weeks between boats and it didn't make that one, either.

I'm in the same boat. Been at the port since 2/22 and was expecting a March delivery but looks like it will be April. My SA said I'd likely make the boat that is leaving on 3/17 but I can't find schedule that shows that.

Somewhat related topic... is there a tried and tru method to keep finger prints off the hood? I've never had a frunk so I only envision finger prints on it from having to manually close it. Seems like it would be handy to use... walk up, pop it open, and drop a computer bag or similar in it but...
