The Taycan comfort access does that I believe but I have a habit of turning it off first, get out, then press the button on the door to lock it. I meant you have to have the fob on you but not saying you have to click it.
We were at a wedding, and a guy at our table was filming with his phone and drained the battery so he couldn't get the door open to his tesla. I guess he didn't carry the key card, but the point is you still need to carry something as a backup for something like this.
So if we have a tune and can do a virtual LC at will when those conditions have not been met, specifically the gearbox and battery temps, then we could potentially harm those components?

They also replaced the regulators, reprogrammed, etc in the past. Each time they did one thing, and yes each time they kept my car for weeks...very frustrating. But, in all, I put around 5k miles on the loaner instead of my car so there's that.

I tried mine a few months ago and it worked fine at 50%. I got the error after sometime of charging at 100% though, but I didn’t keep a close eye on it so couldn’t tell how much time had elapsed before it failed.
On #2 I went into the menu and lowered the sensitivity settings so it’s bearable now. Prior to that it had slammed on the brakes 3 times on me and beeped even more often.
