After Battery charging cable campaign charger does not work with new cable

After the dealer replaced the charging cable per the recall the charger does not work. Even at 30 amps does not work say overheating

I tried mine a few months ago and it worked fine at 50%. I got the error after sometime of charging at 100% though, but I didn’t keep a close eye on it so couldn’t tell how much time had elapsed before it failed.

the North American Porsche EV charger is not a quality product - 4+ years of history has demonstrated it to be deeply flawed - Porsche's efforts to improve it have actually made it worse…buy an alternative North American EVSE from someone else and move on…many on this forum have and are quite happy…

Only in US / NA. No recall in Europe or UK either. Four trouble free years for me.
