I originally had PEC-ATL. My SA called me as the car was getting ready to leave Germany and said PEC was backed up and if I left it on, I would not receive my car until March. The car was scheduled to arrive before Christmas so there was no way I was going to wait until March to take delivery...

I opted to keep the 19" Aero wheels (discussion for a different thread!) and one of my friends said they looked like hubcaps. I definitely had to change that perception. Below are the before and after pics of the wheels.

I have a RWD. Took deliver on 23 Dec and haven't had any issues (knock on wood).

Mine was finally finished PDI on the 15th and was released for transport on the 16th. It left the port on the 17th and is at the dealer. I plan to pick it up Monday afternoon!!! I called Porsche myself on the 16th and they told me the car had finished PDI and was released. Have you tried...

Better! I got the cheaper wheels also because I found a local body shop that would do a custom paint job. Hope mine turn out as nice yours (once I get the car, that is!!).

This afternoon my TYD still had a completion date of 12/31. I just checked again and now it says port processing completed on 12/7. En route to dealer and arrival at dealer still say 1/14/2022.

I wouldn't put too much faith TYD accuracy. It is very inconsistent. My car was on Cape Town Highway and TYD didn't update to show the name until the ship was almost to Baltimore. CTH has docked at Jacksonville and TYD still says 'on vessel' with an estimated delivery date of 1/14/2022. To...

Hopefully port processing goes quickly. There are no open campaigns on my car so keeping my fingers crossed there is a truck waiting for the 4 hour drive to Columbia, SC. If all goes well, I will have this baby before Friday!!!

I got my commission number from my dealer and called Porsche myself. Within a day or so, I had the email for TYD.

I like your additions. I will add them to my current list as well. I also found a thread from daveo4EV with adapters/cables that would be good to keep handy in the car.

I saw / copied that checklist from a previous thread as well. Just like you added items specific to my build. I have made a mental note to myself to not just jump in the car and leave.

Porsche is great with the automotive side but their IT department is most definitely leaving something to be desired!

Me too. I go from checking TYD, to tracking the boat, to checking the ports!! I have checked the sites 3 times this morning already!!

Mine still says "at port". The dealer said it was on the ship, so I'm going with the dealer. TYD will eventually catch up.

My SA called Friday and told me that PEC ATL was backed up until March. Because of that, PEC wanted to verify if I still wanted it or to drop it. I told him to drop it. No way I'm waiting until March to get my car!!

TYD has updated to production complete. I also received an email from Porsche today stating the car has finished the production process.
