There wasn't any interest so I put the project on hold for now. If I can get at least 2 people I will continue with it just to cover set up cost.
the Bike Bars will cost $500 a set and will be black anodized 6061 T6 aluminum like Willie's Bars.

2nd video sounds like tire slip (friction noise) against the floor surface while turning. Not sure about the 1st video. Possibly brake friction while the car creeps forward. Maybe check is there is any debris stuck between the pad and rotor.
What type do brakes do you have?
I agree he needs to check locally that's why I quoted in response the user located in California an expressed "PCNA" Porsche Car North America. This comment was geared to help others who may come across this thread in the future.
In order for PCNA to consider a vehicle as CPO they require a 111pt inspection for every vehicle (as far as I've been told by PCNA). My inspection is listed in my service history.
Maybe its a 3rd party warranty or service contract.
This is not be true for other marques outside of Porsche.

Another thing to note is Porsche performs an 111 point inspection in order to extend the warranty. If something does not meet Porsches criteria under the inspection and the car is out of the original warranty it must be fixed and you will cover the cost out of your pocket before the extended...
