Don’t worry, you will used to it. I thought the same thing when I installed in my Turbo GT, now just feels normal until I drove a 2025 T Hybrid 911 GTS the other day and it felt like a ride on lawn mower in comparison 🤣
Will post some photos! Brought used in end and the car had about 10k miles at 6 months old so someone had some enjoyment before I brought it. Paid just over £125k GBP so about 45% off list. Hopefully that’s the bulk of its early depreciation out of the way so I won’t loose too much when I sell.
Tried the soft PCM reset but not the hard fuse reset yet. No change, one thing that just occurred to me, the same day the issue started I updated my phone to iOS 26, can’t imagine it’s connected but I’m out of ideas now. Will try the fuse hard reset and then mention it to the dealer service...
Hi, been happening the last few days, like I said no changes and has been fine since I got the car. I waited at least half an hour before noticing it was charging. Do you think a PCM factory reset will help? Never had an issue like this on the several Taycans I’ve owned. Very strange!
Thanks for the reply, as an example I plugged the car in yesterday at 70% when I got home about 4pm. It started charging straight away where as before it would say charging paused and then start charging at 11.30pm. I’ve changed nothing. I’m going to try a PCM factory reset later unless anyone...
Been using these settings without issue for over a year. Normally I plug my car in after work and the car / app says ‘Charging paused’ and then at 11.30pm the car starts charging (sometimes it will start earlier if it can’t reach the target in the given charging window). A few days ago the car...
This was the only product I tried, needed a LOT of scrubbing with a toothbrush. Will try something else when It gets bad again as I’m sure there is an easier solution.
On my daily journey to work which is about 10 miles and average under 40mph, so aero won’t be a big factor the car is about 20% less efficient than my old 2025 GTS with 21 spider rims 🤷♂️. I’m guessing tyres / bigger inverter are the culprits (tyres are P Zero R and GTS tyres where Goodyear...
Any thoughts on why my Turbo GT is about 15% less efficient than my old GTS (2025)? Both have the exact same sized wheels and weight is similar. Is it purely down to the tyres? Or are things like aero, bigger inverters, active ride all contributing to it being less efficient?
Any solutions on improving the appearance? Was thinking of trying some kind of rust stain removal product that’s designed for removing rust stains from ceramic tiles etc. Not sure if it’s a good idea or not as really don’t want to damage the disc!
