Looks like the tire is bouncing off the road by some harmonic oscillation.
Im thinking more along the lines of a bad shock or something loose or worn in the suspension but most likely/hopefully the wheel is just out of balance.
sorry to hear that..
but I think I got you beat. While my car was in service at the dealer, I was given a Cayenne S E Hybrid loaner with only 13 miles on it. 5 days later at approximately 200 miles total on the odometer, the loaner got the red circle of death.
A lot of things have happened since the last run so expect cost to increase for this run. Last time I quoted it was a minimum of 4-5 sets just to break even so if you wish to lower cost for yourselves, gathering more interest 'should' help spread that cost. I am doing this to help our forum...
Im out on travel for the remainder of the week at the Army Aviation summit. When I get back I'll get In touch with our machinist and get the numbers going. Hopefully I can have a number for you end of next week.
A friend changed that trim on his 992 (which i believe shares the same cover) to an aftermarket carbon fiber and I believe those screws were real (on the aftermarket) because he could change the lower plate from a few options provided
Summer tires offer more grip in dry (lateral and straight line), better braking (in warm/hot climate) and are more responsive.
If you're not an aggressive driver or don't want to exploit the performance characteristics of the car then A/S are usually a better choice since they are quieter...
Sorry, I do not have any of the bike bars left. I can consider doing a 2nd run if there was some interest of 4 or 5 sets, otherwise your cost would be too high to not be worth it.

I'ts very easy to put on (15 seconds) just remove the included push pin from the jack pad(very obvious when you have the part in hand) push in the jack pad unto vehicle and then insert the locking pin to secure in place.
Brake fluid is hygroscopic, meaning it absorbs moisture from the air. This lowers the boiling point of the fluid which turns into gas that shows up as that spongy long pedal feel since the little gas pockets within the fluid are now compressible.
It is best to change your brake fluid when...
I would remove the wheels and look before attempting hard stops. Could be a little rock or something stuck between the calipers, pads/ disc? could also be a misaligned brake pad or piston failing to retract, loose guide pins?
Someone correct me if im wrong but it seems like AI got some things wrong:

They do affect how the suspension acts. The Service advisor I asked said they would void any suspension related parts if you have lowering links installed. Up to you if you want to take them off for any service as they can make a note if they notice you have them installed and possibly void any...
Usually when you adjust a setting the other measurements slightly change just because the load on the static suspension changes resulting in a different reading.
The rear toe was ok on the before alignment so they probably wouldn't bother to touch it. Not to mention our cars rear toe...
