Thanks, I did some quick search but it seems like most of the posts where this happened was due to bad alignment. but my alignment was pretty good, that's why I'm puzzled.
I think that most of the posts where it happens is actually people driving in Sport Plus which puts the car in the lowest suspension setting which introduces more camber which is why when this happens there is only wear on the inner edge. If this was caused only by under inflation, you would have wear on both crowns of your tires not just the inside.

If you always drive in the lowest suspension setting, have your alignment done while the car is in that setting.

The alignment was done at my local Discount Tires. I called all over, this was one of the 2 local shops that can do the alignment, most places declined. I was charged $80 more than the standard alignment, they called this "Luxury Alignment."
Did they have the rear toe setting special tool?

This also seems to happen in range mode. Same low chassis setting..

Doesn't it also show that the left rear toe was changed 5 degrees? or was that too minor to be meaningful?
Usually when you adjust a setting the other measurements slightly change just because the load on the static suspension changes resulting in a different reading.

The rear toe was ok on the before alignment so they probably wouldn't bother to touch it. Not to mention our cars rear toe adjustment is very different than what they are used to seeing but possible they touched it i guess if they have the special tool. I havent seen it done yet but doesn't seem difficult.

The readings from the laser change almost eveytime you touch the car. Its so sensitive it can almost change just by looking at it.

Im almost certain that they didn't remove your bumper to adjust your front camber yet the the readings on that changed aswell.

Hopefully with the front toe fixed your car will track straighter without dragging any of the tires.
