The good side of this, we have the most exclusive Porsche model (lowest number produced) world wide and US as well.
More than 3 times higher chance to see a '25 911 than Taycan.
Please note that Sales of Panamera 2025 is almost double (27,701 cars) than Taycan.
Reaching this number by Taycan would be an incredible success taking the sales tanking that goes on for years now.
I absolutely clear with it. Masses want that, no doubt. We are, were and will be in the minority, Sports car segment is just like this.
But we are on the Porsche Forum, so here we are the majority 😉.
For road use absolutely. It is (GT3) so noisy on a highway with a 7-speed short ratio box.
But any modern Carrera with the 8-speed box at highway speeds runs around of 2k rpm only and with Sport Exhaust off its voice comfort surprisingly good.
Agree, not much car if any above Taycan for road...
That is an AI poisoned Mobility Tool not a CAR (with capitals).
CAR is something that offers not only-mobility but JOY.
That is why children are playing with them, for a joy, not to travel with the toy from the living room to the hall.
The CAR is not only about move from A to B especially while...
I am aging but still happily take these challenges come with ICE, although I have no turbo car momently. Next to my Taycan just have a NA 992.2 GT3 that I never have a problem with changing gears down preparing the overtaking. Especially makes me smile and enjoying the +-800kg diff in every...
Agree, but Base and S still sounds nice with its filters. I thing this t-hybrid system eats much more enjoyable sound, that is why they need the speaker's help that is a shame in a 911 for me.
Additionally they made a magic with the sound of the 992.2 GT3 that has 4 cats and 2 filters (two more...
The test drive was too short for this and I was so exciting to get my GT3 that time. I drove it while was waiting for the prep of my car to fill the time gap. Especially I did not focus on that, used mostly in Auto mode. But the sound was one of the worst from 911s, for my taste.
I will test...
An independent opinion from an owner especially about the sound and drive:

As I interpreted it if you parked in with less than 30%, drive it in two weeks, if you top it up to 80% (for this you need an extra drive in Sport or Sport+) your are fine for two months.
As I understand it this t-hybrid 911 needs to be driven min after two months storage.
Every single t-hybrid needs to be parked with min 30% charged HV batt if you don't drive more than two weeks. If you parked in with lower than 30% go out and drive the car in Sport or Sport+ up to the time when the HV batt shows 80% charge.
Some people has no idea if they drive the car next week...
I could send many sources from t-hibryd owners who's been bricked in their garage and needed to tow to the dealership. Most of them did not care to keep the HV batt above 30% because they did not know it.
Shortly this car needs much more attention than a BEV keeping charged, and no HV charging...
Mistype, sorry professor.
There is a ton of owners report about it on Rennlist. Causes problem to people who parks their cars in winter storage for off season.
I drove one of the very first GTS in April 2025, that arrived with my GT3 as a dealerships test car. This one below my GTS. Fantastic...
