Some of you may not have seen the Taycan pricing that was communicated to journalist Alex Roy:
Base Taycan - low $90,000's
Taycan 4S - high $90,000's
Taycan Turbo - over $130,000

All indications are that the Taycan will be priced much closer to the Panamera than the Cayenne with an entry price of $90K+. Peak year sales of the Panamera in US+Europe was 18,000 vehicles. To expect the Taycan to sell 40,000 at a similar price point is unrealistic IMO. Don't get me wrong I...
Unfortunately it won't. Just Google "Porsche Taycan spy photos" and you will see a consistent look for the car at various locations during 2018 which is more like a Panamera and less like the Mission e IMO. Like these:
I heard from the owner of a local speed shop in Silicon Valley that 1 in 10 new car registrations in their city is a Tesla. That seems unreal but this guy is a straight shooter.
