There’s an entire Audi section in the forum…also, it’s completely natural to discuss potential competitors and what they might be offering by comparison.
personally I was interested to see the final version of this car, specifically the Avant but it’s disappointing from an aesthetic POV in my...
The inspiration pic looks fantastic, as someone else stated if you go that route just make sure the quality is there.
Others opinions are irrelevant, you have to decide if it’s something you like and will still like for a couple of years (or whatever you deem to be your moneys worth )
best of...
To clarify, you’re saying this happened 2 years ago and you just received the car back after repairs???
what kind of compensation did you receive, either from Porsche, your insurance company (due to excessive wait time) or the person who hit you? given how the values have plummeted in that...
The Pano roof certainly makes the car feel more unique IMO. It’s also great if you have passengers often, because it opens up the cabin. But as the replies here show, it’s completely personal preference.
Porsche/Audi ambient lighting pales in comparison to the other Germans. So it’s a nice to...
Do you live in the US? because you can get pretty much all the same performance features as the Taycan in the non RS GT. They offer the performance package which has the e torque vectoring and power steering+ with rear axle steering, laser lights, along with some other cosmetic updates ie black...
Not sure why you quoted my post in this reply, you said the exact same thing. I agree it’s standard practice to be charged if you don’t bring the car back full…
Based on your circumstances (trading up in 2 years either way) the Turbo S is a no brainer here imo.
However, I do have a question regarding the 4S. If you were buying out the lease, what makes you believe you have to pay for excess mileage?
That typically only applies if you didn’t buy the car...
Pretty standard practice, same as a rental car. They have always explained the “bring it back full or be charged an exorbitant amount” to refuel whenever I have a loaner.
If you’ve taken a loaner out previously and not filled it up when bringing it back you either got lucky or had really nice...
Mission E’s would be my vote, it really makes or breaks the look of the Taycan in my opinion.
Understood that others have different priorities or taste and have chosen other options.
Same here. It’s clear this is a regional issue, as I’m in SoCal and it’s significantly cheaper to charge my car vs filling my ICE vehicle with premium, like not in the same ballpark, if I were to drive them equally.
Tbh, it’s the biggest PRO to using the EV as my daily driver.
In this case I don’t think the Porsche buyer is different. At the speculated pricing the Porsche buyer will likely use that kind of money to buy a GT car or a Turbo S instead.
Especially given how these EVs have depreciated, regardless of trim level.
Looks are subjective but it really doesn’t look like the A7 at all, any more than a Taycan looks like a Panamera.
The e-tron is stunning in its own right and some would argue more than the Taycan. Of course spec, wheel and color play a major factor in all of the above.
Wouldn’t be my first choice but I actually don’t hate it and would be easy to cover the green inserts if you felt compelled . I do think it’s weird that there are no shots of the back seats, in 32 images, do they also have the inserts?
