Ok waiting for my red and still have a few weeks to change options. I see many of you have rear steering and PVT+. What's your take on these óptimos on a much lower powered taycan compared to others?
Here goes mine

I'm settling on my build in a few weeks. Regarding the brakes, although what daveo4EV says makes sense, I'm almost sure that, at high speed, ABS will not trigger immediately, so I guess that better brakes make sense on those occasions. In particular in Europe where we drive faster on highways...
Great pics. Could you please confirm if the interior is standard partial leather or full leather (it seems the latter) and if its chalk or beige?
I'm a few weeks from freezing my configuration and I'm inclined to choose red. I'm not sure about the interior, though. Maybe beige/black, maybe go...
Great post. Thanks! I did a road trip in Scotland a few years ago and I visited most of the same places as you, as you can Imagine.
I'm happy to see that you could do your trip without major charging issues. I'm a bit surprised at the final power consumption on the 23-25 kwh/100km range. I was...
You've chosen a build very close to mine. I have opted to have 21 wheels and not sport chrono or the electric charge ports. I have also opted for the innodrive instead of acc.
Great wheels. Can I ask you how much for the wheels and tires altogether? Are those the standard brakes or the first upgrade option?
I'm considering doing the same as you.
I believe the 22kW upgrade is only for you to use at home. With public chargers, you can go all the way up to 270kW without any upgrade. That's what the dealer here told me, at least.
Do you know if the RWD version has full power on launch mode without Sport Chrono option? Or is only available in Sport Plus mode thus requiring Sport Chrono?
This is not a scientific test, but insideEVs tested a 4S with 21 inch wheels while the taycan rwd had 19 inch wheels (or 20s). You can see the difference in range here:

It's much less impactful than Porsche's figures led me to believe.
