Can anyone see what other ships are doing? Is there a pattern of traffic? Are most ships avoiding crossing this area of high waves and then curving northerly?
There is a very good possibility that it will. New legistlation will do away with it. Question is when will it pass and the effective date. Often times a tax bill is retroactive to first of the year.
