Done, I jumped from the Macan4 order (ETA Feb/Mar 25) to the 4S order, which should arrive before the end of the year (what a joke...).
I don't understand this extreme model fragmentation within mostly the same price range.
The RWD is £2k cheaper than the Macan4, which is just £4k cheaper...
This is my macan4 config (my wife's car, not swapping the taycan..)

I would probably swap to a 4S in the slate grey neo

I wonder if I can swap my Macan 4 order without losing the spot in queue
Also last 2 weeks was end of the quarter when usually dealers need to reach their targets.
I got mine (MY24 new but in stock) at the end of March24, I had another 4 similar specs in my shortlist, all disappeared in the last week of March, and 3 of them re-appeared as CPO at the beginning of...
it is actually coming from the software. If you look in what SimHub can do with the signals from iRacing (and others) it is super impressive....it can simulate vibrations for curbs, gear shits, rpms, wheel slippage etc
Unfortunately Fanatec is now in lots of troubles, I would stay away from them, they were the first movers but they didn't really improve their products in years and customer service is shocking these days.
if there are no console compatibility requirements Simagic and Moza are both better...
I tried VR (oculus quest 2 & 3) and the immersion is incredible, however I am a screen nob so I can't stand the lower resolution compared to monitors - I just need a Apple Vision Pro competitor to deliver higher quality and then I agree...VR & Sim Racing are incredible.
Triple sceen is the most...
I started with a logitech g pro and ps5 with GT7....upgraded after 3 weeks...and since then I swapped like 40-50s parts.... ?
These are my tips:
- wheelbase = no brainer, simucube 2 pro is the best in class
- pedals = you have 2 alternatives to the Heusinkveld, Simagic P1000 with their own...
Very happy to help with any info, it took me a good few months and many wrong purchases to get it "right". Needless to say it is incredibly fun and really challenging to get good at it (playing mostly iRacing).
This is the list of the components:

For reference this MY2025 seems to be discounted already by £10k or so...

I would personally never take the used deal. You get less warranty, the old battery and not precisely the options you want for just $18k less?
Maybe if it was 35-40% difference, I could have understood the debate...
I can't find a simple how-to guide of what is needed to use Tesla SuperChargers (UK based if it makes any differences).
Can anyone share a link to which adapter should I buy?
Other than finding the ones which are open to all cars and doing the tesla subscription - is there anything else...
I think mission-e are so much better than any other option on the saloon....and as you can tell from my profile pic I prefer the RS spyder on sport turismo....
Probably #1 on cross turismo
Android is not entirely "google software" as there are many components which are open source. In any case Polestar has always been the showcase car for Google at their I/O events and it supports Apple CarPlay, so I wouldn't be worried about that.
If Porsche (or the entire group) don't hire the...
I would solve the dilemma with this one
