Yeah hopefully they didn't just connect it and charged it before looking at it. But I would hope that with the clear directions how to reproduce it, they didn't just ignored it.
I have found them pretty fast in general. Hopefully they exceed your expectations. There were plenty of Taycans today there. Usually is mostly GT3 and GT3RSs haha
yeah they offered it to me last time but I didn’t need a rental as I was traveling. I have them set EV as preference for loaner. The ICE Macan didn’t cut it for me

yeah the front part was officially recalled but TSB has been out for a while , as I mentioned when I got my brand new charger with all cables, the date code and part number matched my other charge that last was serviced last year
Btw just got call from my dealer that Porsche issue recall of the passenger heater. So they scheduled service in 2wks. I didn’t get any sign of bad heater.
Regarding the cable, that seems to be pretty old, it is dating back from end of 2024. I got whole new charger under warranty last week and...
I have PMCC that I got brand new as replacement from Porsche this week. It comes with the upgraded NEMA 14-50 Cable, manual and tiny envelop with PUK code. Charger has the latest FW on it already . (Charging cable was replaced last year)

@daveo4EV Success!!! I was able to get password from Porsche USA. (lost the envelope) got into the web application portal and was able to flash the firmware to 3031. From there, I was able to add my profile and connect the charger to my wifi and to my porsche app. So far shows up and can pull...
Thanks! Yeah, no need to share I have separate line for the second charger. It just bugs me that isn't working. I really don't have to fix it, but engineer in me doesn't let it go...
