He’s not commenting on the network. That is understandably poor. He’s commenting on Porsche’s failure to give their car’s pricey range managing system correct information about where the chargers are.
Are you sure about 1? The quote above says it locks automatically and you don’t have to lock it. I like that aspect of the Tesla more than ‘comfort access.’ I hope it’s an option.
Really? There are radio apps that tune any station And with CarPlay that’s functionally an AM radio if you have cell signal.
Are you choosing to use two proprietary apps? That’s on you. :) The digital age has some downsides.
Can’t remember the last time I listened to AM radio, but if it’s an important part of your life you can get it on a phone app these days and play that over your insanely expensive Taycan speakers using CarPlay.
Doh!
That was supposed to be the last post!
Now what reason do we have to hang on every word and picture to learn what subtle adventure awaits us vicariously around the bend?
When the Dodge Challenger Hellcat came out they had a statistic for how long it would take to empty the gas take at full acceleration. I think it was around 19 minutes.
Careful. That’s oil country. When Tesla first rolled out its supercharger network the stretch you’re doing now was the only route in the country you just couldn’t travel.
No nerves at first, just amusing that someone conflated Europe and the EU.
But now I am getting nervous. If the Brits convince everyone they are a new continent then I’m going to have relearn the continents and I’m not ok with that. I’m still smarting from the collapse of the Soviet Union...
I’m pretty sure that’s right. Megan and Harry moved to North America, but the rest of the Brits are still back in Europe. The Europe section has eight posts, nine now, so probably doesn’t need a breakout group.
