    A positive Taycan post...kind of

I was recently without my 22 RWD Taycan for 2.5 weeks due to my AC charger, which randomly stopped working ("charging not possible"), and for the brake hose recall. I was indeed irritated by both the charging error and recall. While driving the loaner Macan I initially thought maybe I'll sell...

Extended warranty, again? Or just see what happens?

Lots of comments here about the on board charger failing. Jeese. My AC charger on my 2022 with 23K miles just failed and has been at the dealer for a week. I do not expect to have to pay for this to be fixed.

Only Charges at Public Charging Stations But Not at Home

Yep. My 22Taycan with 23k miles is currently at the dealer since this past Friday for the exact same issue. They gave me a base Macan loaner and I'm actually not hating it.

The paradox of a Porsche Taycan

22 RWD Taycan that I've had for 2.5 years and 23K miles. Internal alarm sensor recall, PCM seizure subsequently that required dealer reset, heater recall, and just recently my AC charger side stopped working (appointment pending). (And let's also not forget the brake hose recall that my NorCal...

    Option regrets ?

Heads up display. It's a redundant and arguably useless toy.....but I like toys.

Taycan battery losing 5% per day when parked.

Reading this post and I've been away from my baby(22RWD at 23K miles) for a week. I charged to 85% before I left and UNPLUGGED it. I've lost ZERO percent in a week which is typical from past experience.

On off button on Taycan dangerous?

Fascinating thread. I always use park.....to park the car. However, didn't realize that I shouldn't be using the on/off button too. Do most people JUST use park and not touch the on/off button?

    Am I crazy?

Those who know me know that I love my wife more than my Taycan, but those that know me well know that's it's pretty dang close.

It works and now I can be Knight Rider

I downloaded the Apple Watch app months ago but couldn't get it to work. It just kept spinning/thinking. This morning I randomly decided to check as I was scrolling through my watch on the shitter (just being honest gents). To my surprise and delight it works now! Sure I can check in and...

Took one on the Taycan chin (again)

Actually not sure if it's through to the paint but it looks deep. Highway speed collision with object. Like the Columbia Space Shuttle foam strike. It was just foam but at high speeds no bueno.

Xpel stealth is supposed to be self healing and it's been sunny/100+ degrees where I live in NorCal.
