I'm with you on this one regarding regularly getting map updates as I'm driving. I have a 22 and had the big update converting to color icons months ago. Not sure if I need or want to do anything else.
Educate me on this one. I would think that using the nav system would optimize battery usage by telling the pcm where you're going and activating the intelligent range manager. Am I wrong here? As an aside, I charge almost exclusively at home (solar panels).
I've had my RWD for 16months/12K miles and I almost always used range mode which got me over 300 miles of range. However, I stopped using it for the past couple weeks for 3 reasons as follows 1) It actually only seems to change the estimated range by 10-15 miles which is negligible for me 2)...
I went with stealth PPF and I get just as many compliments about the matte finish as I do about the car itself. It's also helped me be less paranoid but in all honesty time has been the best anecdote to help me relax and truly enjoy this amazing machine.
I actually posted a less than ideal Yelp review of the experience and got a call the next day from the sales rep to apologize. Unlikely I'll buy from there again....but it was something at least.
Dang I'm jealous of how classy and beautiful this reveal was. When I picked mine up it was dirty from being left out in the rain the night before and they hadn't washed it yet. I was quite displeased at purchasing a 6 figure car and seeing a filthy car at pickup.
Impressive range! I'm getting just over 300 miles on a full charge. 15months of ownership and 12K miles in a RWD PB+ and I feel the same! Love this car!
?. I used to wash once a week (by hand myself because ain't nobody touching my baby), but honestly there's so much construction in my area of Northern Cal. The constant cloud of dust in certain parts of my commute is frustrating making a more regular wash a Sisyphean task.
