I found that not all the pictures have meta data, the one leaving the paint shop doesn't, but the one from this angle does. Two weeks elapsed between picture taken and being published.

I have some dates now, my car was build complete on 18/04 and they are hopeful of moving to WNT8 on 7/05.

Lovely! Can I ask what your build complete date was via the app? Interesting that it has a number plate, I was told by the SA that they can't be registered until the stop is lifted.

What was your build complete date? Mine was 28/04 but the production line pictures are dated 14/04.

The answer to the original problem seemed to be that the order was in limbo, on Sunday I got the stage 5 notification and was able to add my car to My Garage. Haven't actually got the car due to the stop sale but it has been paid for and I can configure some options via the app.

Mine was built about 6 weeks ago so fingers crossed if that is the case I have crossed that bridge. I can now see the car in My Garage in the app and it lets me configure some online services.

Going back to the topic if I may, my car has gone to stage 5 this morning, hoping that's a sign of progress. The app still doesn't work for me but I can see it on the web page.

Mine is in a compound at the dealership awaiting clearance from the stop sale. I have paid for it but it hasn't been registered yet, computer says no until the stop is removed.

My order disappeared from the My Porsche app 2 days ago, although it's still there on the web version. It looks like it is trying to load but never gets there. Same issue on Apple and Android. This happened roughly the same time I got the invoice but could be a coincidence. Anyone else have this?

On a positive note my invoice has everything I ordered on it including Bose.

The data was saying Produced and had a VIN 2 weeks before I got the pictures, the EXIF data in the pictures had a date that roughly matched the date I got the VIN so there was quite a lag.
