Surround - yes
Standard - no, go for matrix if available in your country
Lca - mere warning light in mirror, yet nice to have. Lka is important. Active lka not so.
Black trim - yes
Mobile cc - yes, works like a charm
Folding - yes, must have
Rwd - well if you can afford, pick 4s, much faster in...
thanks for hints.
dealer said that they might look into rattles, but it seems that I will take a car in a audio workshop to redo all doors - I want the dealer to pay for it :). Burmester is very powerful and I want to be able to enjoy the sound without unnecessary noises, and I don’t believe...
Only complaint - rattles :/ got burmester and it is so so so incompatible with door panels (vibrates badly). Will have to redo all doors, and more. Otherwise, exceptional car.
Seems like tar from road. If so use proper solvent and they should come off with no rubbing (quick hack is gasoline - used that to some time ago to clean rims).
There is a noticable power drop at low SOC and/or low battery temp. It is much more obvious in winter, if the battery temperature goes down below 4C.
But even with the reduced power output, it remains nimble enough to easily overtake and accelerate.
I have this plastic insert for the trunk - https://content.eu.porsche.com/prod/pag/tequipment/TeqFinder.nsf/TeqFinder?ReadForm&ba=Taycan&ma=RDW%20(LL)&sp=1&bt=J1&mo=Taycan%204S&co=52&ac=product&pr=0CBC85F6D6273076C12579810049F2E4 - helps to keep the trunk clean and protects against various...
If you are not taking the car to track, 19” is obvious choise. Very comfortable and provide extra protection against potholes. 20 and 21 come with wider tyres, better performance on track. Limits of 19” are hard to exceed on day-to-day drivinf.
Check the paint thoroughly and request credit for polishing it - new car paint quality is complete crap :( and get ceramic - helps a ton to keep it clean.
Check if pmcc is in the trunk - some did not have it :)
Configure profile - minimum charge level that you want it to do always when...
I don’t have pdcc/torque vectoring - so in medium height there is some movement, but once in sport/sport plus, its very flat even without those options. So unless you are getting the car for the track, consider insulated windows and better audio to supplement the smooth ride.
4s is plenty fast. As I would 99.9% use it on regular roads, spec all possible comfort features (burmester, 14way ventilated and massage seats, heat and noise insulated windows etc etc) and left out ptvs, etc. Even with base 19” and no additional performance features (except for the larger...
