FWIW I have the brake groaning sound too, I only seem to really notice it at the beginning of my drives when rolling into stop signs/lights at low speed. Maybe I forget about it, or it goes away once things are warmed up?
I also can't remember if it was like this from the very beginning or not...
I've actually had something similar happen when accelerating (not braking, pretty sure) on a left turn stoplight at one particular intersection in my neighborhood. I think there might be a manhole, but I know for sure there is some uneven ground and if I'm actively accelerating while making this...
I only took the one pic, there were just those 2 (maybe 3) Taycans on display, nothing beyond that. I didn't spend much time in that area since I know what a Taycan looks like :).
Headed out to the LA Auto Show yesterday, where Porsche had rented out an entire hall to themselves. Got to see some nice vehicles (although all cars were locked so you nobody got to sit inside anything), including the new 911 Dakar. There was a nice Owner's Lounge as well where they were...
I also have had a bad rattle in that area that I would love to get fixed. Last time I brought it to the dealer for PCM 6 and some other recalls, I mentioned this rattle and they could not reproduce it :(
Interesting, didn't even know this was possible. How does this work? What interface is used on the PCM to navigate the USB stick and play videos? What codecs are built into the car for video playback?
I actually hit this a couple days ago too, for the first time. I was only going a few mph, so not that worrying, but it felt kind of jarring since I was trying to come to stop behind another car and suddenly, instead of the usual regen resistance I'm so used to, it was if there was no regen...
I use it everytime I drive locally, and enjoy it. The throttle up and down is more engaging. When my wife is in the car, I turn it off since she doesn't really like it.
I also turn it off on road trips and when I just want the most serene experience possible. Although the sport sound is not...
From what I understand, the car needs to be locked, off, and not charging before the FoD install can happen. On my road trip last week I forgot to activate Active Lane Keeping like I normally do, so I bought it once I hit my first charging stop. By the next charging stop, the car realized there...
As others mentioned, definitely download/check PlugShare next time. I took a look at Pismo Beach and it has a super low rating and every recent comment talks about having trouble charging. It's definitely a life saver to check the status before hitting a station so you know what to expect...
Oops yes, that was my mistake. I was about to go to bed :)
In that case, 1 charge a week is a much more reasonable amount...still seems solar should help you here though. Do you have a battery?
