Marshmallow is exactly what it seems. My appointment is in 10 days.
# of days my Taycan has been at the dealership 30 days including service and Tire changes over the last 2.5 yrs.
# of days my 911 was at the dealership for 3 yrs same criteria 5 days in total!
Taycan Turbo S, 2020 with the major update as of 4+ months ago. When the error occurs it puts the car in Normal mode and does not allow any further changes to the drive.
I started getting the Chassis error about 2 months ago. It usually resolved after shut down and restart and occurred infrequently, perhaps every other week. It now occurs regularly daily and does not reset and restart and if it does it throws the error after 5-10 minutes of driving. I’ve got...
I find it odd that when they do a 0-60 comparison they always default to using launch control. In real world ever day driving I only used launch control in my 911 TTS less than half a dozen times...which means the sprint from the light is very much based on how quickly you react and how...
Thank you, I tried repositioning the camera to where you have yours and still have the same error! At this point I’m giving up. Perhaps my next dashcam will not have the same interference!
Is that a BlackVue dash cam? I've had issues with my BlackVue interfering with my key fob being recognized by the car and sending out an error code which stops certain features of the car being functional. I had my dash cam on the right side for a while but then positioned in the center just...
So that’s the only other possible variable which I have to investigate. However, I think I am positioning it as I did from the previous 2.5yrs. But worth the try! Looking forward to hearing how your set up goes when you get your car.
So I have now tried another camera and I get the same error!
I also drove around with camera off and absolutely no errors!
As I mentioned previously this error only started after I had the major upgrade. This was not happening in the 2.5 yrs before with the same camera use. Now that I’ve...
Thank you tigerblam, I appreciate your comments. Not sure if you've seen my other thread on this issue but the saga had been going on for over 6 months. Until, I took it to the dealer who had it for 10 days and they ran multiple test and test drives and I actually went in and took a test drive...
I too have had BlackVue on my other cars for over a decade no issues. Also with the Taycan I had no issues for the first 2.5yrs. The issues started after I had the major update!! Go figure.. I find it very bizarre!
I tried testing shutting off the WiFI which you can do by pressing the button near the power connection. Shutting off WiFI did not help eliminate the error.
