A new External Communication Control Unit has been installed along with update WMH0 and the LTE is back up and running.
The dealer did initially try the 12v Battery reset in an effort to "wake up" the module, it did not.
No settings were lost other than having to pair the phones with the new...
This has been well documented on the forum. Porsche NA rates the Taycan at 9.6kW but it will charge at 11kW with a capable EVSE of a least 48 amps.

Agree. Tesla appears to be doubling the Superchargers in my area in 2022. They may hard wire several of the chargers at new locations with CCS standard so no need for an adapter.
That rear hard plastic "bumper" is actually very strong and saved me from paint damage last year. The plastic bumper assembly was less than $500 and in stock in Atlanta. The total repair was less than $1,200 at the dealer. Looks like parts prices have increased significantly.
The Chronology section of the Recall Report indicates Porsche was able to study its production records and determine which vehicles were affected. Interesting they could determine 35 vehicles from the production records.
Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (Porsche) is recalling certain 2020 Taycan vehicles. The front and rear upper control arm screw connections on the rear axle may be loose.
It appears to impact 35 US vehicles built between June 17, 2020 and November 16, 2020.
