It looks like software version shown for Sequence 2 of the WMA5 (MY20) update is 0012 for the DME and 0011 for the PE, so yes there is a software update being installed based upon the work order shown above . (Updated to 0014 and 0012)

Went from 2017 991.2 4GTS to Taycan Turbo and have ZERO buyers remorse. The instant torque and acceleration is addicting. Try to drive one with the performance package which includes among other options the rear axle steering. It really helps in tight spots - making the vehicle feel smaller.

Garry, are you initiating the Charge on the Porsche Charging NA app or the Porsche Connect app? If you initiate the charge with the Electrify America app it will not provide a "free" charge. You should be able to call EA and they can assist. Porsche Roadside is not much help here.

Have any 2020 or 2021 Taycan's successfully connected with EA plug & pay yet? It does appear to be live and working for the new Mustang based on a video from yesterday. (at least at that location)

Porsche issued a Bulletin in October that should be helpful. It appears they are not recommending trickle chargers. Assuming everything is working properly the HV battery should charge and maintain the 12V battery. They specifically recommend not connecting via the app as well...
