It is suppose to 'lower" not raise, but either way you can toggle on/off as follows.........Settings..........Vehicle................Light and Visibility.....Reversing..................Check mark on/off

If you use the information view on the right side of the curved screen, it shows 12v battery meter. Mine always shows 13.4. Sometimes when I get in the car, even after a couple days, it may drop to 13.2 worst case but as soon as the car kicks on and the main battery starts charging it...
