Let me make it perfectly clear that there is a performance difference between the 4S and the GTS. The extra torque and the unique suspension tuning is certainly noticeable. Also, let's not jump to conclusions on acceleration based on one testing session, with as noted, a possible malfunctioning...

My Turbo was in the low 3.1x consistently. That's why I was hoping the GTS would slot in the middle Around a 3.4x.

0-60 results...spoiler alert: not great.....however there is a caveat. The Dragy showed a negative slope for these runs vs a positive slope for the runs in the 4s in the exact same location, so maybe the dragy was having issues. The 4s did not have the thermal glass and the GTS does. 75% SOC...

I agree, I think it's into 2023 at this point.

It wasn't on the build sheet. The dealer actually received two GTS Volcano at the same time and neither had it.

Just took delivery of my new GTS. I had an allocation but, this car became available after a cancelation so I decided to snag it rather than waiting a year. It did not come with the PCM update, still monochrome. I traded my 2020 Turbo. Straight away this car is not as bonkers in acceleration as...

Weight is a giant factor in the Taycan. A race version of this car, such as a GT2RS, or a race ONLY version such as the Sesto Elemento with none of the safety items adding weight, race seats, no sound proofing, creature comforts, etc.. would be mental. Dropping 500lbs, adding lightweight racing...

Dropped mine off this morning for the update. Got a call 15 minutes before closing informing me that the update was taking “longer” than expected and they would update me tomorrow on the status.

I’m also in Florida and my Turbo with Mission E‘s are the same.
