How can the battery drain faster when the key is turned off? Literally the opposite is true.

Why not just turn off the key whenever you don’t want comfort access? Easy to do with holding down two of the buttons on the key fob.

Just an FYI, the reason neither car will remember your previous mode has to do with emission/consumption testing. The Taycan gets its WLPT/EPA ratings based on the default mode, and due to regulatory nonesense the car cannot therefore start in a non-default mode.

Don’t think PCM 7.0 is even a thing yet. But there’s hope PCM 6 will be updated with further fixes going forward. If you have software issues I would report them to your dealer. I don’t really have any problems with mine and find it to be pretty good overall as far as Infotainment systems go.

I’ve had zero issues with my Taycan and even if I had minor niggles I’d still happily buy it again. It’s an amazing machine.
