"maneuver info" pop-up missing

not sure how Porsche calls it in the english dashboard setup (navigation info at direction changes or exiting interstates etc.)
no one is annoyed that it only works 50% of navigation sessions since the uPdate?
already figured out that a reset of the dashboard ECU can fix it, but this "fix" keeps lane assist inactive until next restart ?

this is still missing in 50% of my routings.
Never anyone experienced the same? Dealer has no clue (of course).

Nope never had the issue. Works 100% of the time.

Perhaps calling it 'manoeuvre' is a little confusing for some as some may think this relates to Manoeuvre Assist which is something entirely different and not that common an option.

Have to admit that was my first thought (i.e. referring to maneuver assist) - I do have all these options but only just got the car back from getting the WKE0 and WNK7 updates along with new comfort access handles(!) - did use Nav once since and all seemed OK including HUD views but will keep an eye on it point forward!

PS: in case related, there was a big OTA update on Sat 21 here in US - no idea what was updated.

when you select navigation in the right tube and go into the nav options, there is a [x] check box at the bottom which is called Manöverinfo in german. what is it called?

it worked 100% flawlessy before last summer's uPdate.

Maybe I try to change the language in my PCM and check myself as well if there is some globalization glitches.

PS: in case related, there was a big OTA update on Sat 21 here in US - no idea what was updated.

did the OTA mention a topic or 3chars1digit acronym?

there are infotainment updates, which are only the iconized apps within PCM, they have a version number at least.

But true OTA updates require you to park the car for 10-15 min. and they tell you how the updated is called and what for.

No list available in PCM.

there are infotainment updates, which are only the iconized apps within PCM, they have a version number at least.

Yes aware of this but in this case the car may have initiated w/o my interaction - basically the PCM on car startup when leaving the dealership would not launch the home screen but instead had the 'Porsche logo of death throbbing away - stayed that way the 30 mile ride home and after parking in my garage - I turned off the car and let it sit for ca an hour and on restarting the PCM was back up - Dealer SA notified me of the ongoing update and said it was an OTA update but clearly not just a map/infotainmnet update etc.

Just checked and can confirm my nav in the dash tube works 100%

- but, I can only display Nav 'maneuvers' in the right hand side dash tube, not the one on the left - Nav not an option in my left hand side tube - I can only display tire P, PDCC, G-Force etc in my LHS tube. Unless you are saying that there is a toggle switch embedded in the PCM Nav menu to assign Nav to that tube?

NAV guidance can only be displayed in the right most tube - map and turn directions.

my fault! I meant right tube!! ?

And I mean only the pop-up, not the permanent routing info, becaue I Like to see info like battery temp in that right (not left) tube.

One day it starts working as expected, I park the car, even only ignition off can trigger it and it's not working anymore for the rest of the day. Like the glitches of Apple Music before the uPdate.
