When I first got my Taycan there were lots of subscriptions included. Mostly they seemed to relate to PCM and app related functions. And obviously the 3 year Ionity subscription that is pretty useless to me because there aren’t any Ionity charge stations nearby.
My question is - what stops to...
I can see why… but for the same reason, I avoid subscriptions like the plague. They add up quickly and it is generally much more cost effective (cheaper) to buy outright. I can see why Microsoft are trying to move people to their 365 software - but my version of Office 2007 still works fine...
I wanted to move to this but we have solar panels being fitted next month. Would I then get chucked off the tariff? There is no point moving for 4 weeks. I don’t have an Indra charger that works with solar on that tariff
Try putting the key in the front cup holder. I think that can reset it. Also make sure the problem isn’t your spare key in the house but within range of the car
Turbo went up last year from £117500 to £119900 and now to £125800. So 2.04% last year, 4.92% this year. Whilst it seems a lot, it is less than inflation.
A basic 911 carrera goes from £89800 to £97000 or 8%
Will certainly give it a go. It has read my car data without any problem. I accidentally tapped to add a vehicle but there was no way back out of it without forcibly closing the app.
Any chance of adding the Andersen charger? Although my wife sometimes uses it so that might mess it up
Ok. So no worse off than not having it. I thought it could stop it charging. I was going to switch to this but have solar panels coming shortly and apparently it won’t work with them
The trouble with that is anyone using this service could do with advance notice of the servers being down. Otherwise the consequence is a car that isn’t charged when you need it
Anything which causes the doors to fail to unlock electronically. Flat battery in either the car or the key fob. Other electronic failure of the door locking unit.
Sorry for the slightly random question here. I have only used an Ionity charge station once, 2 weeks ago. It shows in my Porsche app as a transaction but there is no corresponding payment from my credit card. Seems odd… have I had a free charge? Or do they bill at the end of the month?
For the...
They are my local dealership and I generally find them to be very helpful. I can’t compare them to others as I haven’t used any other Porsche dealers but I am happy to recommend Tewkesbury
Different thing. Comfort access moves the seat back and steering column up (if you have an electric one) when you get out. Come with 14 and 18 way seats. Comfort access that this thread refers to is the keyless entry
Was planning to sell it to myself at some point. Will have to wait for it to depreciate a lot. If I set up a new company I would leave the car in the old one and just start trading in the new one. A bit of a hassle but certainly possible to do.
